A privacy policy is a statement on how your website collects, uses, shares and manages the data of your website visitors. Swisscom cannot offer you legal advice on creating a privacy policy as every website is unique. However, we generally recommend that you consider the following elements:

There are numerous data protection generators online that can help you create a data protection declaration. For small businesses and private customers, we recommend the generator from the law firm Dr. Schwenke (link: https://datenschutz-generator.de or https://www.swissanwalt.ch/datenschutz-generator.aspx). You can find more information on data protection and GDPR in our online FAQs.
